Corporate Golf Gifts
Even if it is obviously a corporate golf event, even if banners and streamers say that it is indeed a corporate golf event, the need to have a semblance of a golf tournament is there –and it should be felt. Or it defeats the purpose of the event being a golf game.
That being said, it becomes moot point on what to give best as corporate golf gifts, or corporate awards. And frankly, as gifts would go, there are many options to choose from. And you don’t have to stick to golf ideas.
However if you want a corporate golf gift that’s exceedingly golf, then here are some of my attempts.
The Longest Drive Award
Plaques, trophies and statuettes that commemorate a certain contest are usually cool ideas for corporate golf gifts. Plus, the contest itself would serve as a great filler event on any corporate golf. For example, one of the better ideas for contest would be the Longest Drive Event. Since it involves only drives, almost anyone can take part, even those complete losers of golf. Additionally, everyone can crowd over to watch because literally the contest can be help on the same spot.
Suffice to say too, that it’s more probable no one will play like Tiger Woods here. That wouldn’t, say, spoil the fun as almost everyone would be in fair advantage to the rest. So what would you give as corporate golf gift or award? There are plaques, trophies and statuettes that have “golf” in them, either they have something that’s distinctive to golf or they carry the tag golf along with the banner “The Longest Drive Award”.
This is, however, only useful as giveaways, prizes, tokens, etcetera…
Golf Equipment As Corporate Golf Gift Idea
Event celebrants are also subjects for corporate golf gifts; now this is entirely another matter. But as said earlier, when it comes to gift, almost anything can be thought of. Even if the requirement is that it should have “golf” in it. In essence, golf shirts can fulfill the requirement. Those red striped argyle golf polo shirts I’ve seen in Nike can be an exceptional idea for a corporate golf gifts. Of course you can also get golf shirts from manufacturers best known for their golf products. Like Callaway Golf who recently ventured into the golf outfit business.
Golf clubs are also options for corporate golf gifts, though their usual prices makes them inappropriate for corporate golf gift giving. Golf balls are more than suited, plus the option for customization for a minimal fee can net some highly personalized golf balls, making them a pretty corporate golf gift idea. In fact, for serious golf giving ideas, personalized golf balls are already a common venture, such that golf ball big names such as Titleist, Callaway, Nike Golf and several more others offer customization options, including birthday/ wedding/ and other themed package.
Indoor Private Greens And Desktop Ideas
Mundane items that have a “hint” of golf in it also make a highly plausible corporate golf gift. What I’m taking about is a desktop green I’ve seen somewhere on the internet. It is design faithfully like some private green on your desk. How about that as passive tormenting? There are also golf themed clocks and pen stands I’ve seen.
Speaking of private greens, why not give a synthetic indoor green package as a corporate golf gift. They cost relatively cheap, and for the fun and indoor activity it brings may be well worth its value.
You shouldn’t be looking so laboriously for corporate golf gifts, as I’ve said, anything can serve as gift. If you want to buy a cheap corporate golf gift, something that hint at golf, a number of golf equipment are reasonably priced for the purpose of gift giving. Golf balls are the most plausible, however it’s been a common venture now; golf balls as corporate golf gift. I’ve seen too many corporate logo golf gifts, such as Titleist carrying labels of someone else’s names. Though many might have considered giving a golf club as a gift idea, better quality golf clubs are somewhere $600 which might be unreasonable.
So my vote would be…the indoor synthetic green.
